The Wayfinder quilt represents the idea that, in a broad sense, we never really “arrive”; we are always navigating and re-orienting ourselves toward new directions. With this in mind, the design seeks to remind us to live in and appreciate each point on this long, winding path – not just the destination.

More about the Wayfinder pattern:

  • Skill Level: Confident Beginner – This pattern involves half rectangle triangles (HRTs), and explicit instructions are included so that any HRT first-timer can create with ease.

  • Instructions for Mini, Baby, Throw, Twin, Queen & King sizes included

  • Instructions for a Five-Color variation + three different fat quarter friendly scrappy variations

  • Instructions for two different block layouts for completely different looks

  • Yardage width-of-fabric & fat quarter cutting diagrams help with efficient cutting and get you sewing sooner

  • Coloring sheet to help get you started, with sample mockups for inspiration

Brooke is the designer & maker behind Eudaimonia Studio, which she founded to join her passions for philosophy and modern quilting. Each design she sketches is inspired by her search to answer the ancient question of what it means to live well and make the most of life. Through her both academic and personal study of secular philosophies, Brooke crafts simple, meaningful designs that are imbued with centuries of wisdom for purpose and human flourishing. She lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with her partner and spunky dog, Ace, where they enjoy all the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer. Having studied Economics, Philosophy and Social Enterprise, Brooke genuinely enjoys the multiple dimensions of running a small, creative business and aspires to make an impact through art that focuses on common humanity, mindfulness and well-being.
